On September 30, Nasir, Tamima and Sumi Akhter have been summoned to look earlier than the courtroom on October 31. 

On the identical day, the Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) submitted an investigation report back to the courtroom saying the wedding of Nasir and Tamima was unlawful. Mizanur Rahman, the Investigating Officer (IO) of the case, submitted the report towards the three accused together with Nasir.
