President of ICAB Shahadat Hossain delivered the deal with of welcome whereas Chief Government Officer of ICAB and Former Senior Secretary of Ministry of Commerce Shubhashish Bose offered the keynote paper within the webinar. Dr. Zaidi Sattar, Chairman, Coverage Analysis Institute of Bangladesh (PRI), Noor Md. Mahbubul Haq, Further Secretary (FTA), FTA Wing, Ministry of Commerce and Md. Humayun Kabir, Member Council and Previous President-ICAB and Chief Government, Shinepukur Ceramics Ltd joined the webinar as panel audio system.  NKA Mobin, Vice President of ICAB delivered the closing remarks within the webinar.

ICAB President Shahadat Hossain stated `Bangladesh has adopted the coverage of executing Bilateral Free Commerce Agreements (FTAs) and Preferential Commerce Agreements (PTAs) and likewise signed a bilateral PTA with Bhutan in 2020 and related initiatives have already been taken for signing agreements with 11 different international locations,’  Mr. Hossain stated that there’s an initiative to conduct a joint feasibility research on the proposed Complete Financial Partnership Settlement between Bangladesh and India.
