The coldest upazila in Bangladesh’s northernmost district of Panchagarh resides as much as its status this winter.

Dr Sirajoddoula Polin, resident medical officer of Panchagarh Sadar Hospital, mentioned the power is overwhelmed with sufferers with cold-related illnesses.
