US woman faked kidnapping to extract money from parents: Indian police

The daughter of a former US Military officer was detained for reportedly fabricating her personal kidnapping as a part of a posh scheme to demand cash from her dad and mom, Indian police stated on Sunday. Chloe McLaughlin, 27, was taken into custody by the New Delhi District police on Sunday after they found that she shared a house with a person she met on-line.
