Chinese tech giant Jack Technology Co., Ltd. has ushered in a new era of smart innovation in Bangladesh’s apparel industry. The company officially launched its latest breakthrough — the AMH2 Smart Sewing System — at a grand ceremony held today at the Grand Ballroom of the Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel in Dhaka.
With the global apparel industry shifting towards the “small order and quick reorder” model, the
demand for smart technology in garment manufacturing is rising rapidly. In this context, Jack
Technology’s AMH2 system is expected to play a transformative role in enhancing productivity,
quality, and operational efficiency in the garment sector.
The launch event was graced by Mr. Yongming Xu, Chief Product Officer (CPO), and Mr.
Wenjin Yan, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Jack Technology. They shared that the AMH2
is a next-generation smart sewing solution designed to address key challenges such as labor
shortages, fabric diversity, and complex sewing designs. The system features inverted sewing
technology and fully automated functions, enabling more precise, faster, and reliable
production.
Mr. Mahmud Hasan Babu, President of the Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters
Association (BGMEA), stated at the event,
“Technology-driven advancement is now essential for the sustainable development of the
apparel industry. With the collaboration of technology partners like Jack, our sector will become
even more competitive.”
The event concluded with a networking session among industry entrepreneurs, business leaders,
and representatives, followed by a vibrant cultural performance to mark the occasion.
