The MoU was signed by visiting Greek Minister of Migration and Asylum Penagiotis Mitarachi and Bangladesh’s Expatriates’ Welfare and Abroad Employment Minister Imran Ahmed in Dhaka on Wednesday (February 9, 2022).
“As per the MoU, Greece will take 4,000 staff from Bangladesh yearly. They may primarily be employed in varied sectors together with agriculture, building and tourism,” mentioned Md Shahidul Alam, Director Common of Bureau of Manpower, Employment, and Coaching (BMET).
