The board of trustees of the Asian College for Girls (AUW) appointed Dr Rubana Huq because the vice-vhancellor of the College.
Dr Huq who earned large prominence as the primary feminine president of the Bangladesh Clothes Producers’ and Exporters’ Affiliation (BGMEA), is a broadcast poet who earned her PhD in Literature from India’s Jadavpur College, mentioned a press launch issued by the college on Tuesday (15 February).
Rubana Huq has been a trustee of AUW and, was extra not too long ago, elected as vice-chairperson of the college’s board of trustees.

Dr Rubana Huq succeeds famous political scientist Professor Nirmala Rao who retired from AUW after serving as AUW’s Vice Chancellor for 5 years.
