Earlier, Bapa and Ben organised the annual convention, “Power, Local weather Change, and Sustainable Improvement”, at Stamford College within the capital on 11-12 February, in collaboration with 5 universities and 35 environmental organisations of the nation.

On the press convention, Bapa Normal Secretary Sharif Jamil mentioned solely 20 wells have been dug within the final 20 years and the federal government shouldn’t be actively extracting gasoline from the gasoline fields of the nation.

Sharif Jamil mentioned earlier Bangladesh’s energy technology was nearly 100% depending on home gasoline. However as a result of scarcity of home gasoline, it’s at present importing liquefied pure gasoline.

“We urge the federal government to find out the explanations for the rising losses of state-owned enterprises within the power and energy sector, and to carry stakeholders accountable to free the sector of corruption,” he added.
