Chittagong College (CU) college students locked the provost’s room to protest in opposition to the alleged poor high quality of meals and misconduct of the corridor workers.
The scholars, residents of the Pritilata Corridor, locked the room from the surface whereas the provost held a gathering with the home tutors on Thursday morning.
They raised complaints that the corridor employees handled them badly once they reported the poor high quality of meals within the canteen. The matter was apparently knowledgeable to the corridor authorities however no motion was taken.
The college Proctor Rabiul Hasan Bhuiyan stated, “The provost and academics of Pritilata Corridor took half of their common assembly. Throughout this time, the scholars locked the provost’s room with out informing anybody.”
Later, members of the Proctorial board went there. They requested the provost to take a written software from the scholars to know their calls for.
