(c) retailers dealing primarily in medicines, surgical home equipment, bandages or different medical
requisites;
(d) retailers dealing in articles required for funerals, burials or cremation;
(e) retailers dealing primarily in tobacco, cigars, cigarettes, bidis, pan, liquid refreshments,
newspapers or periodicals offered retail for consumption within the premises, ice;
(f) petrol pumps for the retail sale of the petrol and car service stations not being
restore workshops;
(g) the barbers and hairdressers ;
(h) any system of public conservancy or sanitation,
(i) any trade, enterprise or endeavor which provides energy, gentle or water to the general public;
(j) golf equipment, accommodations, eating places, catering homes cinemas or theatres.
