Senior defence and overseas ministry officers of Colombo Safety Conclave (CSC) member nations are assembly in Kochi in southern Indian state of Kerala. The CSC began as a trilateral maritime cooperation mechanism between India, Maldives and Sri Lanka, in 2011.

The assembly in Kochi will focus on the best way ahead and implementation of the 2022-23 Roadmap for Cooperation and Actions.
The Indian delegation is led by Mr Vikram Misri, Deputy Nationwide Safety Adviser, NSCS. The delegations from overseas are led by their respective overseas secretaries, chiefs of defence workers and senior officers.
